Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Accurately laser-engrave and personalize your chosen products.

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

  • Logistics Partners (e.g., Shiprocket/Fastrr): We share your name, phone number, and address with our shipping partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your FirstLipi box.

  • Payment Gateways: To securely process your transactions and manage Partial COD advances.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY FirstLipi sells products designed for children, but our products are intended for purchase by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without verifiable parental consent. The names provided for product personalization are used strictly for the manufacturing process and order fulfillment.

5. DATA RETENTION When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
