Shipping and Delivery Policy

At FirstLipi, we believe that crafting a personalized heritage piece requires time, care, and precision. We partner with premium logistics providers (such as Shiprocket, Fastrr, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc.) to ensure your child’s customized stationery reaches you safely and promptly.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & CRAFTING TIME

  • Customization Phase: Every FirstLipi product is unique and laser-engraved on demand. Please allow 2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) for our artisans to craft, inspect, and pack your personalized order.

  • Dispatch: Once the quality check is complete, your order is immediately handed over to our shipping partners.

2. SHIPPING TIMELINES

  • Standard Delivery: After dispatch, standard delivery within India takes 4 to 5 business days, depending on your pin code.

  • Total Estimated Time: From the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches your doorstep, the complete process typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

  • Note: Deliveries to remote areas or the North Eastern states may take an additional 2-3 business days.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer flat-rate or free shipping on specific prepaid orders, which will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: For COD orders, we collect a nominal advance payment (e.g., β‚Ή99) at the time of checkout to confirm the personalization request. The remaining balance will be collected in cash or via UPI by the delivery executive. Standard COD convenience fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING

  • As soon as your customized FirstLipi box is dispatched from our workshop, you will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp.

  • You can use this link to track the real-time movement of your package.

5. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES & RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN) Our delivery partners will make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts.

  • If the package remains undelivered due to the customer being unavailable, rejecting the parcel, or providing an incomplete/incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).

  • For Partial COD Orders: Since the product is custom-engraved with a specific name, the upfront advance amount (β‚Ή99) is strictly non-refundable in case of delivery refusal or RTO, as it covers the dual-way shipping and production costs.

  • To request a re-shipment of an RTO package, the customer will be required to pay the re-shipping charges in advance.

6. DELAYED DELIVERIES While we strive to deliver your orders within the stipulated timeframes, FirstLipi is not liable for minor delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical strikes.
